The firm’s Founder and President Joseph E. Manfré, CPA, brings his 35 years of experience in the accounting industry to every client engagement, and our staff have been trained and educated in the client industries serviced to bring dedicated, efficient and quality services to all engagements.
BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH OF JOSEPH E. MANFRÉ, CPA
Joseph E. Manfré, CPA, is the Founder and President of MANFRE CPA P.C., a professional corporation located in Armonk, New York. Joe is licensed in the State of New York and has been servicing the needs of single-and-multi-employer benefit plans for most of his 35 year career in accounting. He was previously the chairman of the NYSSCPAS Employee Benefits Committee, and has been a speaker on audits of employee benefit plans at their annual conference for many years. Joe has been quoted in the BNA Daily Tax Report, and is referred to by the NYSSCPA hotline for audit and tax related questions on employee benefit plans. In addition to the NYSSCPAS, Joe is a discussion leader for Loscalzo Associates, a sponsor of CPE for CPAs, primarily for their courses on Employee Benefit Plans.
His experience and contacts prove invaluable to trustees and management of employee benefit plans, labor union executives, and CPA firms and practitioners, whose practices include employee benefit plan audit and tax related services, as does his tax and business experience to individuals and business owners alike. Joe is a member in good standing of the AICPA, NYSSCPA and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. He earned his BBA degree in Accounting from Bernard Baruch College.
